Abby is an outdoor therapist based in Lancashire. She holds a BA in Social Work, an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology, and is in advanced Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapy training. She holds a certificate in Taking Therapy Outside - Understanding Therapeutic Practice in Outdoor Natural Spaces. She sees clients for individual and group therapy.
